Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to have read and understood the terms of service provided below.

✦✧ GENERAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION

✧ I DON'T ACCEPT REFUNDS unless I have a personal problem and cannot do
your commission, in that case I'll notify you.✧ Commissions are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, except for the
sketch.✧ I might decline commission requests if I'm not comfortable or it's beyond my
abilities.✧ I keep the right to post the artwork. If you do not want the commission to be published, I respect a privacy period of up to three months. If you want it to be longer, there is an additional cost of 25%.✧ If you share the commission (whether it is a profile icon, cover photo, or
anything else on YOUR social networks) you must give me credit.✧ Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.✧ Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain
related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the
space.✧ Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related
technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the
space.✧ Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.✧ Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.✧ Product will be delivered digitally, via Google Drive and Gmail.✧ You can contact me via email ([email protected]), Discord (belucitaw) or Instagram (snzbloom).

✦ PAYMENTS

✧ Astropay CLP/ARS.✦ As written above, there are no refunds; however, if something prevents me
from completing your commission as agreed, I will give you a full refund.✦ I require 100% payment before starting to prevent scams. Paying 100% does not expedite delivery of the drawing; if there is a deadline, please inquire before paying.

✦ PRODUCT DELIVERY

✧ The client agrees that the product will be delivered digitally via Google Drive
provided by the seller. Once delivery is confirmed, and for the clientʼs security,
the commission will also be sent by email As a .rar file).✧ Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address
provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.✧ Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the
delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or
any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.✧ Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it
properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the
Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be
available in the case that the Customer lost their files.

✦ REVISIONS

✧ Customer has the right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.✧ Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion,
such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10%
of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests
above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result
in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced
separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the
payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.

✦ REFUND POLICY

✧ Once the commission has been paid, refunds will not be issued under any
circumstances. By completing the payment, the Client acknowledges and
agrees to these terms.✧ The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission if necessary. In such
cases, a partial refund may be considered depending on the amount of work
already completed.✧ Clients are expected to communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner
when feedback, approvals, or additional information is requested. Delays in
communication may affect the completion time of the commission.

✦ PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE

✧ The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the
Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for
reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the
Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller
defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.✧ Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain
related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the
space.✧ In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI
datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.✧ The minimum price for commercial use is 100%, in the case that you want
to organize an order for commercial use, keep this in mind when discussing it.
The rate depends on the commission.

✦ CANCELLATIONS

✧ Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of
full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.✧ Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a
cancellation of the order. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the
Customer in the future.

✦ PROCESS

✧ Please provide clear visual references of your character or idea. Anything
you send me as a reference is welcome. Descriptions, images, concepts, etc.
The more references, the better I can get to what you want.✧ You can ask me about the status of your commission whenever you want.✧ There are three stages of change. I can make changes to the sketch, but
changes to the line art incur an extra cost, depending on their complexity.✧ Completion time may vary depending on complexity and workload. I'll tell
you as soon as we start coordinating the commission.✧ Please be patient. I will let you know if there are any delays.
